The Department of Administrative Coordination reports directly to the CIS Director and is responsible for organizing and coordinating internal operations to ensure the efficient workflow of the Information Systems Center. Its duties include managing recruitment procedures in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and overseeing employee participation in training courses and workshops to enhance their skills. It also supervises the preparation and maintenance of offices and facilities in coordination with relevant entities to provide an optimal working environment.
On the financial front, the department closely coordinates with the Procurement Department, Finance Department, and Storage Affairs Department to ensure the efficient execution of purchase requests and monitors tenders in accordance with approved procedures. It oversees project-related invoices and manages the release of bank guarantees for contracted companies. Additionally, it reviews contracts and prepares estimated budgets in cooperation with various departments, ensuring the optimal use of financial resources to achieve strategic objectives.
The department also plays a role in enhancing the Center's institutional presence by coordinating media coverage of activities with the Public Relations and Media Department and managing the CIS website and social media accounts. It prepares publications and periodic reports while documenting the work of different sections to ensure transparency and consistency in executing the Center’s plans and initiatives.
