1. Supervise the development and upgrading of systems to ensure their integration and operational efficiency.

2. Oversee service-related systems and applications, including the implementation of email system packages in line with Kuwait University’s requirements.

3. Supervise the development of support applications for the email system.

4. Manage the development of customer service systems and related support applications.

5. Implement new services or projects that support academic operations as they are introduced.

6. Develop new systems for various university centers and departments, based on user needs and in alignment with the university’s strategic plan.

7. Monitor and update all system documentation to ensure it is up-to-date.

8. Collaborate with other sections within the Center to resolve technical issues efficiently.

9. Coordinate with other departments in the Center to execute assigned projects.

10. Conduct feasibility studies on the latest available technologies, providing detailed assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of solutions for university users.

11. Develop project timelines in alignment with the Center's general plan.

12. Prepare the section’s annual operational plan, ensuring it aligns with the proposed budget and the strategic plan, and oversee its execution after approval.

13. Contribute to the preparation of tender documents for new projects, and evaluate technical proposals to select the most appropriate solutions.
