  1. Manage and develop the university's web portal and ensure its integration with other university systems.

  2. Manage the electronic archiving system and integrate it with other university systems.

  3. Oversee the electronic content management system for Kuwait University’s official website, including the websites of colleges, departments, and work centers.

  4. Expand the use of the content management system based on the university's evolving needs.

  5. Supervise the management and support of auxiliary systems and applications that serve the university’s various work centers.

  6. Establish usage policies and manage user permissions across the systems.

  7. Provide technical support and training for users of the section’s systems and applications.

  8. Organize workshops to train university staff on the use of the section’s systems.

  9. Offer consultation services to university departments and work centers regarding auxiliary systems.

  10. Collaborate with other sections within the Center to ensure the effective implementation of assigned projects.

  11. Conduct feasibility studies on new technologies, providing detailed evaluations to assess product effectiveness and relevance to the university’s users.

  12. Develop timelines for project execution in alignment with the Center’s general plan.

  13. Prepare the section’s annual operational plan, ensuring it aligns with the proposed budget and strategic plan, and oversee its implementation upon approval.

  14. Contribute to the preparation of tender documents for new projects and evaluate technical proposals to select the most suitable solutions.
