Monitor and analyze technical issues arising from systems and databases, in collaboration with application maintenance specialists.

Supervise the testing of systems and databases to ensure they meet the required performance standards before delivery to the end user.

Oversee the management of inventory related to operational materials and ensure continuous availability.

Ensure the availability of backup copies for all operating systems, databases, and information systems, for use in case of file corruption or loss.

Supervise the implementation of a security system to protect software and data, including an automated service provision system for emergencies or disasters.

Monitor and review agreed-upon plans and work programs, setting priorities that align with the goals outlined in the general administration's interim and annual plans.

Prepare periodic reports on monitoring activities, work challenges, and operational difficulties, with recommendations for improving staff performance, and submit them to the department manager.
